Job Details:

* Temp to perm opportunity
* Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
* Holiday rotation required
* Floating within scope required to meet facility needs
* May be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, ART, or West Campus
* Floating to sister facilities required
* Guaranteed hours: facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Travel experience required
* Experience required in sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap SPT
* Preferred case experience includes: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, and GYN
* Required certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA
* BLS not required
* Key skills include: aseptic technique, high-level disinfection (HLD), steam sterilization, scope/probe reprocessing, sets/tray assembly, use of washers/sterilizers, biological and chemical indicators, immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS), and robotic, orthopedic, neurological, and transplant instrumentation
* Parking pass available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20
* No more than 2 callouts permitted without a doctor's note; 3rd callout may result in removal
* No more than 3 tardies permitted
* Travelers will be added to the inclement weather team; expectations provided by management

This facility is a Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, and Magnet Hospital with 820 total staffed beds. It provides a high acuity environment supporting a wide range of surgical specialties and complex cases. The facility maintains rigorous standards for sterile processing and serves patients across all age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
