Opportunity:

RN - Travel Nurse

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* Every other weekend availability required
* Holiday coverage required
* May be required to float to other units as needed
* Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, standards of care, and state laws
* Document patient care according to standards of care
* Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient plans of care as prescribed by physician and/or hospital policy, including patient and family instruction
* Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance
* Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units and departments in support of patient longitudinal plans of care
* Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command
* Required credentials: Education verification, current Wisconsin (WI) nursing license, CPR/BLS certification, and NIHSS certification
