RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

* Flexible shift times dependent on scheduled case start times
* Day shift position with no night shift available
* Patient ratio of 1:1 with one RN and one Endo Tech per endoscopy room
* Work in a 3-room endoscopy unit alongside a team of 12 staff members
* Perform and assist with procedures including EGD and colonoscopy
* Utilize Olympus Scopes and EndoSoft (transitioning to Provation) equipment
* Document using MediTech EMR system
* On-call responsibilities required for this position
* Endoscopy knowledge required - candidates without this skill will not be considered
* Strong teamwork and communication skills preferred
* Blue scrubs required

This facility houses a well-established endoscopy unit located on the first floor of the main building adjacent to the surgery department. The unit maintains an impressive 97% employee satisfaction rating and is staffed by a highly experienced team of nurses and technicians who have worked together for many years. Several physicians have been utilizing the unit for over 20 years, reflecting the stability and reputation of the department. The team is known for welcoming new colleagues and functioning cohesively as a unit.
