Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of recent and continuous experience required
* Ohio or compact nursing license required; pending licenses not accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
* Must be willing and able to float to all 3 campuses: Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion
* Epic experience preferred
* If placed on call, must be able to arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in
* No time off approved for major holidays
* Any pre-approved time off must be included with submission
* Two recent supervisory references required
* Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required to be completed prior to start date via HealthStream
* Smoke-free facility and campus
