Opportunity:

Pediatric Inpatient/Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment
* 5x8 day shift schedule
* Approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month required
* No on-call required
* Cover both inpatient and outpatient pediatric populations
* Patient age groups include infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
* Must have inpatient experience and pediatric experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted with 2 years of experience
* Local candidates not accepted - permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
* Pending license accepted, but license must be in hand for auto offer
* Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
* All requested time off must be included at time of submission
* Charting system: Epic experience required
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available
* Required certifications: BLS, Alaska PT License
* Required skills include: Acute Care, Adaptive Equipment, AROM/AAROM/PROM, Assessment, Pediatrics, PICU, Gait Training, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Patient Family Education, Wheelchair Assessment, and additional pediatric-focused competencies
