Open Position: RN - First Assist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3314.00

Opportunity:

RN - RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant)

Job Details:

* Rotating shift schedule, 5 x 8-hour shifts
* Shift times: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Monday through Friday schedule
* On-call required at least twice per week and every 3rd weekend
* Minimum of 2 years experience as an RNFA required
* Must have experience in primary spine, orthopedic, and robotic surgeries
* Must have Epic experience
* Assist the primary operating surgeon in perioperative care of patients undergoing surgical procedures
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as a Registered Nurse
* Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care
* Maintain clear, concise, and legible documentation
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
* Current Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) documentation required
* Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) certification required
* Graduate of a school of nursing required
* Certification of completion of an approved didactic RNFA course required
* Three years of scrub and circulate experience in an acute care facility required
* Current RN license in state of practice required
* PALS certification preferred
