RN - OR

Job Details:

* Level 1 experience desired with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the operating room
* Staff will be expected to work in a variety of specialty areas including Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gynecology, and Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS)
* Call policy runs from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM during the week
* Weekend call runs from 7:00 AM Saturday through 7:00 AM Monday
* 40-minute response time required for call
* Call is assigned on a rotating list basis
* First 6-week schedule includes 2-3 weekday call shifts within the period
* Second 6-week period includes one weekend call
* Late coverage may be required if OR schedule does not finish and additional coverage is needed; this is signed up for in advance and staff are not always required to stay
* Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby
* Required certifications: BLS
* Compliance requirements include: Basic Math exam, OR Competency exam, OR skills, CORE exams, No-Medication exam or NIHSS
