Job Details:

* 4x10 day shift schedule, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays; no Sundays or holidays
* 13-week assignment
* Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period; traveler may be called off for one 8-hour shift per 2 weeks
* No on-call required
* Float between CT and X-Ray within scope to meet facility needs
* Work in an outpatient clinic setting where most patients are mobile; many patients seen for follow-up cancer diagnosis
* Responsibilities include starting IVs, running i-STAT for labs, injecting contrast, and post-processing images
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics; neonates and infants preferred experience
* Required X-ray experience: extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head/chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, and lower/upper extremities
* Preferred experience: fluoroscopy studies and enema studies
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), and Fluoro Permit
* Required skills include: abdomen without and/or with contrast, adult acute care, adult outpatient, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, musculoskeletal trauma, pelvis without and/or with contrast, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, thoracic, vascular CTA, and venipuncture
* Preferred system experience: Epic charting system
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Parking is free
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
* Time off approved on an individual basis; only one time-off request per 13-week assignment
* Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
