RN - Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Details:

* 3x12 hour night shifts
* Weekend coverage required
* 1 year of experience accepted
* Travel experience not required
* Patient ratio of 1:6 for days, nights, and weekends
* Float required
* Locals within 50 miles are not accepted
* Epic charting experience required
* Required certifications: BLS
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
* Required skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, med/surg, telemetry, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, and peripheral line care/management
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
* One pre-approved time off request allowed
* 32 orientation hours required
