Job Details:
* Minimum 3 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* On-call required: weeknights approximately 1-2 nights per week and approximately every 5th weekend rotating between two locations
* Weekend requirements consist of call only
* Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13-week contract; cancelled shifts must be the regular assigned shift length
* Float required between departments, units, and facilities as needed; will assist in X-ray when Interventional Radiology is not busy
* Patient age groups served: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daytime patient ratio: 2 patients
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT VI (preferred), Kansas License (LRT)
* Epic EMR charting experience required
* Must be proficient with GE Innova IGS equipment and PACS
* Kansas license required; travelers floating between locations may need both Kansas and Missouri licenses or a compact license
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
* Required skills include but are not limited to: Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Aortography, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, IVC filter placement and removal, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Pelvic Angiography, Pulmonary Arteriography, Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) of the liver, Renal Angiography, Stent Placement, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, PICC Lines Care and Maintenance, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Sterile Technique, Scrub and Room Circulator duties, Isolation Precautions/PPE, and use of Rapid Response/Code teams
