Job Details:

* Two shift types available: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Every other weekend requirement
* Half holiday requirement
* Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
* Patient ratio of 1:20 during day/evening shifts and 1:40 during night shifts
* Care setting is Post Acute/Long-Term Care
* Common patient diagnoses include general LTC population and some short-term care patients
* EMR system: Matrix
* Charting system: EPIC
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* No on-call or call back available

Facility:

This post-acute care facility operates 78 beds and provides long-term care as well as short-term rehabilitation services to its patient population. The facility utilizes both Matrix and EPIC systems to support clinical documentation and patient care. Staff work within a structured care environment serving a general long-term care population alongside short-term care patients, with location-specific orientation provided to ensure a smooth transition for incoming team members.
