Job Details:

* 13-week travel contract
* Variable shift with possible start times of 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 3:00 PM
* Weekend work required per needs of unit
* May need to cover one night shift within the contract as needed
* Call required per needs of unit
* Float required between sister facilities
* Minimum 3 years of experience required; 5 years preferred
* Travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
* Trauma Level I experience required - HARDSTOP
* Experience in Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Robotics, and Trauma required - HARDSTOP
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Certified CST preferred
* California state license preferred; pending license accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, CST, NBSTSA
* Scrubs or business casual dress code required
* Required equipment experience: Microscope, Laparoscopic camera and tower equipment, Arthroscope equipment
* Preferred equipment experience: Stealth Navigation Station, daVinci Xi
* Required skills: Case Cart, Crash Cart, Scrub
* Preferred skills: Craniotomy, Airway Management
* Patient age groups include Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics
* Patient diagnoses include Orthopedics (total joints and ortho trauma), Neurosurgery, Vascular, Robotics, General, GU, and GYN
* Daily census of 25 patients across 8 rooms
* 40 orientation hours required
* Pre-approved time off limited to no more than 7 days
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
