Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3183.40

Radiology/IR Tech

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* On-call required for nights and weekends
* Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract; cancelled shifts must be the regular assigned shift length
* Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed
* Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
* Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
* Trauma Level I experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT VI
* Required skills include: Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, PACS, Adrenal Angiography, Angioplasty, Embolization, Carotid Angiography, Stent Placement, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft Interventions (fistulograms/declots), Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Equipment Setup, Prep Access Site, Room Circulator, Isolation Precautions/PPE, and Sterile Technique
* Special procedures include: Stroke, Body IR, Neuro IR, and Siemens equipment experience
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams

The interventional radiology department is equipped with advanced imaging technology, including Siemens equipment, and supports complex procedures such as neurological and body IR cases.
