RN - Dialysis

Job Details:

* Day shifts with start times varying between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, working 3x12-hour shifts
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Call required
* Must have experience with Tablo Devices
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Required certifications: BLS
* State or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
* 50-mile radius rule applies, no local candidates
* Required skills include administration of blood and blood products, dialysis machine experience (Baxter, Fresenius J/K, Gambro, Prismaflex), AV graft and AV fistula cannulation, dialysate conductivity testing, and tunneled/non-tunneled catheter management
* Must be proficient in monitoring and responding to alarms including arterial pressure, blood leak, venous pressure, conductivity, and ultrafiltration alarms
* Must be able to manage emergency situations including cardiac arrest/CPR, hypotension, seizures, fluid overload, hemolysis, and hyperkalemia
