Opportunity:

Ultrasound Technologist

Job Details:

* Work 5x8-hour rotating day shifts with varied hours, which may include weekends
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* No on-call requirements
* Perform complex diagnostic breast ultrasound procedures including diagnostics, biopsies, whole breast ultrasound, and triangulating mammograms
* Operate sophisticated ultrasonic imaging units and reading and reporting systems
* May be required to float to other department areas up to competency level
* Required to pick up one additional shift during each schedule period
* Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
* Minimum three years of clinical experience in respective department required
* Experience specifically in breast imaging, diagnostics, biopsies, and whole breast ultrasound required
* Prior travel experience of at least one 13-week assignment required
* Active registry with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS or RVS) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS, RVT, or RDCS) required
* Required certifications: CPR and AHA BLS upon hire
