Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule
* On-call required with some call shifts
* Weekend rotation required with 1 weekend shift (Friday?Sunday) every 4-week schedule, totaling 6?8 days per 4-week schedule period
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
* Prior travel assignment experience required
* Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
* Driver's license must be included with submission
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission
* If assignment includes end-of-year holidays and all three fall within the assignment, must be willing to work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's); if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, must be willing to work at least 1
* Block scheduling is not available
