Opportunity:

RN - OR Circulator

Job Details:

* 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with night and weekend call rotation
* 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks required
* On-call requirement of 1-2 days per week on rotating schedule with all circulators
* 3-4 weekend shifts per contract
* Minimum 1 year of circulator experience required; PACU experience preferred
* Travel experience required
* Epic experience within the last 18 months required and must be clearly documented on submission profile
* Charting system experience required; Allscripts experience required
* Active TN or compact license required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS; PALS preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Treats patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* 10-room OR suite
* Procedures include THA/TKA using Mako Robot, hysterectomy, prostatectomy, and sacrocolpopexy with Da Vinci, Dornier laser with urology cases, and AAA repair both planned and emergent with vascular surgeon
* Skills required include but are not limited to: robotic surgery (gynecologic, orthopedic, urologic, gastrointestinal), total joint replacement, laparoscopic procedures, general OR, ambulatory OR, wound care, and universal protocol compliance

Facility:

This facility operates a 10-room surgical suite equipped with advanced technology including the Mako Robotic Surgical System and Da Vinci Xi Surgical System. The department supports a wide range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, gynecology, urology, vascular, and general surgery. The team provides care for diverse patient populations spanning adolescents through geriatrics in a collaborative, high-acuity environment.
