Open Position: RN - Case Management

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2631.20

Case Management RN

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule
* 13-week contract
* Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period
* Every other weekend required
* Block scheduling type
* Must have acute care experience - behavioral health experience does not qualify
* Discharge planning and care coordination experience required
* Strong preference for diverse case management experience including Med Surg, LLOS, and ED
* Will float and work in all areas of the hospital across two campuses less than 2 miles apart
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Previous travel experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* AIDA EMR experience preferred
* Skills required include acute hospital care, care coordination, discharge planning, needs assessment/DME ordering, and plan of care
* Required certifications: BLS, Washington State License
* Washington license must be in hand at time of submission - pending licenses not accepted
* Scrub color: any color permitted except reddish orange
* Parking is facility paid
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal

Facility:

This facility is a Level II Trauma Center with a total of 571 staffed beds across two campuses located less than 2 miles from each other. The organization supports a multidisciplinary team of case managers focused on care coordination and discharge planning within an acute care setting, serving patients across all areas of the hospital including neonates.
