Open Position: CSFA - First Assist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1943.80

RN - OR

Job Details:

* Work in a 5 OR suite operating room environment
* Day shift primary with rotating evening call coverage
* Day shift includes charge, manager, and bedside RN coverage
* Evening shift includes on-call nurse and evening nurse coverage until 7:00 PM two nights per week
* 1:1 patient ratio
* Rotating call required - minimum one night per week and one weekend per 5-week schedule
* Must be able to scrub open heart procedures
* OR circulator experience required
* Experience in orthopedics, general, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, and thoracic procedures preferred
* Perform procedures including arthroscopy, orthopedic, general, and specialty surgical cases
* Operate basic OR equipment including cautery, video monitors, arthroscopy equipment, and positioning equipment
* Use Meditech EMR system
* No floating required
* Scrubs provided at facility
* Must demonstrate flexible, caring, compassionate, and willing attitude
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS

This healthcare facility operates a surgical services department with 5 operating room suites, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuroscience, and thoracic procedures. The facility is equipped with modern OR technology and maintains a collaborative team environment with a strong mix of full-time, part-time, and PRN clinical staff dedicated to delivering high-quality surgical care.
