Job Details:

* Provide day-to-day nursing activities in a nursing home setting
* Communicate timely updates to physicians, families, and other stakeholders regarding significant changes in resident condition
* Complete all applicable resident assessments
* Administer medications following the 5 Rights of medication administration
* Perform wound care and assessments as needed
* Assist CNAs with answering call lights and monitoring residents for changes in condition
* Act as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
* Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
* Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting
* Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree in nursing preferred
* Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
* Current CPR/BLS certification required
* 1+ years of related work experience preferred
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
