Open Position: RN - PACU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2525.20

Opportunity:

RN - PACU

Job Details:

* 12-hour day shifts with start times ranging from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
* Call requirements include 3-5 weeknights in a six-week period and 1-2 weekends of call per 6 weeks
* 16 Bay Phase I PACU unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 2:1
* Care for all surgical specialties including adults and pediatric patients, as well as ICU, MRI, Oncology, and IR patients post-procedures
* Float to PACU and Broadway Day Unit (pre-post) as needed to care for phase two patients
* Utilize Epic charting, AcuDose Medication Dispensing, and Philips monitors
* Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience required; Critical Care or Intermediate Unit experience preferred
* Experience working with pediatric patients required
* Must have Epic experience
* Must be willing to work independently and efficiently
* Active North Dakota or Compact RN license required
* Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
* Scrubs: Ceil Blue (provided by facility)
* Must badge in and out at the facility
* BSN not required

This acute care facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center offering a comprehensive range of surgical specialties and post-procedural care services. The facility operates a 16-bay Phase I PACU unit and supports a wide variety of patient populations including adults and pediatrics, as well as ICU, MRI, Oncology, and Interventional Radiology patients. The organization maintains high standards of patient care and utilizes advanced technology and equipment to support their clinical teams.
