Job Details:

* Day shift position working 36 or 48-hour weekly schedules
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery and promoting health and safety
* Evaluate patient progress toward attaining outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe and caring environment
* Provide health information and learning opportunities to patients, families, and team members
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* EPIC experience highly preferred
* Holiday RTO will not be approved
* Minimum two years of recent experience in field required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS (from approved vendor per AH policy), ACLS (AHA or ARC), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), NRP (AHA or ARC)
* Current RN licensure in state of practice required
