MRI Tech

Job Details:

* 3x12 night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, working Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
* Float requirement: Thursday and Friday at NHRMC Ortho; Saturday at the main hospital
* No on-call requirement
* Scheduling type is per unit needs
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers will not be accepted
* Travel experience required
* Scrubs: Royal blue
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR)
* Required skills: Abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral magnetic resonance, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2, CINE
* Preferred skills: Chest, image post-processing
* Special equipment experience required: GE and Siemens
* Documentation system: EPIC
* Patient age groups: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics required; neonates, infants, and pediatrics preferred
* Contract staff will be assigned to a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to report to work during catastrophic events, mass casualty situations, or disasters
* Orientation is held 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during week one; traveler must be fully available for all classes each day
