Job Details:

* Monday through Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternatively, four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM with call rotation
* Weekend requirements fall into the 7-person rotation
* Holiday requirements fall into the 7-person rotation
* Possible call or standby requirement in rotation
* Department has 3 MRI machines in clinic and 1 machine in hospital
* Float between inpatient and clinic areas attached to hospital
* Perform all types of imaging and studies including Level 2 Traumas
* Average of 38 scans/studies per day
* 7 staff in department until 4:30 PM, 2 staff after 4:30 PM, and on weekends work independently with the exception of an assistant
* Must have experience working in a hospital setting versus clinic only
* Must have experience with Siemens MRI equipment
* Must start IVs
* Uses Cerner EMR and Siemens PACS
* Lead tech available during daytime hours
* Up to 1 week of department-specific orientation provided
* Must clock in and out at the facility
* Scrubs required
* Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)
* Trauma Level 2, Acute Care Setting
* First-time travelers accepted; open to duos

This acute care facility operates at a Level 2 Trauma designation and features a robust radiology department with multiple MRI machines serving both inpatient and outpatient clinic populations. The department is equipped with Siemens MRI technology and utilizes Cerner for electronic medical records alongside Siemens PACS for imaging management. The facility maintains a well-staffed imaging team and supports a high volume of daily scans across a broad range of study types.
