Open Position: RN - Cath Lab

Opportunity:

Cath Lab RN

Job Details:

* Work 4 ten-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* Occasionally perform STEMI coverage on weekends with expected participation in STEMI call when scheduled during coverage periods
* On-call required Monday through Saturday for post PCI patients that need to be brought back into the Cath Lab
* Call required 2-3 days per week
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
* No floating between service lines or sister facilities required
* Cath Lab team consists of 3 full-time nurses with 1 procedure room and a pre/post procedure area including 4 bays staffed by 2 registered nurses
* Serve adult and geriatric patient populations with a daily census of 4
* Perform and assist with circulating procedures, procedural sedation monitoring and administration, and scrub procedures
* Charting system is Cerner; Epic experience preferred
* Scrubs are provided by the facility
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by the agency
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* 60-mile local radius rule applies
