CT Technologist

Job Details:

* Shift time: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM
* Position is scheduled every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with flexibility on the remaining two days
* Every weekend coverage required
* No on-call requirements
* Block scheduling not allowed
* 4 weekend shifts per contract
* Patient ratio of 1:1 across days, nights, and weekends
* Daily caseload of 50 patients across 2 rooms
* Canon CT System experience required
* Toshiba/Philips scanner experience preferred
* Work setting experience required: Outpatient, Inpatient, OR, ER, and Community Hospital
* PACS experience required
* IV start experience preferred
* Epic/Excellian charting system experience required
* CT procedure experience required: abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and CTAs
* Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and region of interest measurement preferred
* Treats patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* May float within the radiology department or to an affiliate hospital nearby
* Minimum 1 year of CT experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS
* 16 orientation hours included
* 1 supervisor reference minimum required at time of submission

Interdisciplinary support is available through the radiology department, and the facility maintains high standards for imaging quality and patient care.
