Opportunity:

RN - Outpatient Vascular Lab

Job Details:

* 3x8 shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, starting Monday through Wednesday
* Schedule may increase to 4x8 or 5x8 with additional weekday shifts as caseload builds
* Schedule flexibility is required - no scheduling requests can be accommodated
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call requirements
* Floating required
* 3 years of RN experience required
* Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
* Active California RN license required at time of submission - temporary licenses not accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC); NIHSS preferred
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience required
* Procedural workflow and moderate sedation experience required
* Care for adult patient populations with vascular surgery diagnoses
* Perform and assist with diagnostic angiograms, lower extremity angioplasty, stent placement, and fistulagrams
* Required skills include: End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), angioplasty, carotid stenting, PICC placement, interventional radiology, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, sheath removal and monitoring, vascular closure systems, upper and lower extremity angiography, and ventilator management
* 2 supervisor-level references from within the past year required at time of submission

Facility:

This outpatient vascular lab facility provides specialized diagnostic and interventional vascular services to adult patients. The facility operates with a daily census of 8 patients across 3 procedure rooms and offers a range of advanced vascular procedures. The unit is supported by interdisciplinary teams and maintains high standards of patient care with a focus on vascular surgery and interventional radiology procedures.
