Job Details:

* Work Friday through Sunday, 3x12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
* On-call rotation required Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM among staff members
* On-call is typically needed when a staff member calls out for their shift or when multiple traumas come in simultaneously
* On-call frequency is approximately every 4 to 5 weeks, not every week
* No floating between service lines or sister facilities required
* Perform high quality CT examinations on patient populations ranging from newborn through geriatrics
* Perform inpatient, outpatient (Friday only), emergency room, and scheduled interventional cases (Friday only)
* Required skills include starting IVs, contrast administration, biopsies, and PACS system operation
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT
* South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) CT certification required
* American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
* Must have graduated from an accredited school of radiologic technology or completed a student clinical rotation with ARRT certification
* South Carolina state license must be in hand at time of start pending licenses are not accepted
* Radiation badge must be provided by the agency
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Scrub color required: Teal top and black bottom
* Charting system used: Epic
* Parking is provided at no cost

This facility is a Level III Trauma, Acute Care Hospital with 286 staffed beds, offering comprehensive imaging and radiology services. The CT department operates under the direction of a radiology manager and director, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. The facility supports a wide range of cases including interventional procedures and trauma response, ensuring CT technologists gain diverse and valuable clinical experience.
