Opportunity:

RN - Nursing

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* Every other weekend and holiday availability required
* May be required to float to other units as needed
* Current Wisconsin (WI) nursing license required
* CPR/BLS certification required
* Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice act
* Document according to standards of care
* Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care according to individualized patient needs, as prescribed by physician and/or hospital policy, including patient and family instruction
* Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance
* Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units and departments in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care
* Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience, escalating appropriately to the chain of command
