Open Position: Dietician - Dietician

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2441.60

Opportunity:

Dietician (RD) or Nutritionist (RDN)

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Possible on-call remotely every 6-8 weeks for adult coverage and every 4-5 weeks for pediatric coverage
* Weekend and holiday requirements are remote on-call only
* Acute care setting
* Caseload of 8-10 patient consults per day
* Cover general medicine and hospitalist patients for adult vacancies and general pediatric coverage for pediatric openings
* Common diagnoses include obesity, prediabetes, cancer, celiac disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, malnutrition, eating disorders, and conditions causing unintentional weight loss
* May have secondary coverage responsibilities for staff days off
* Cancellation policy of 2 shifts per 13-week contract
* At least one year of inpatient clinical experience required; pediatric experience preferred for pediatric openings
* Charting conducted in EPIC EMR system
* Required certifications: Registered Dietitian credential, WV State Licensure, and BLS Certification
* BSN not required
* Dress code: Sea mist green scrubs or business casual attire
* Both department and unit-specific orientation provided
