Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

* 4-10 hour varying shifts with shift times of 5:30 AM-4:00 PM, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM, and 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
* Will be placed on the mandate list to fill any vacant call that is not picked up
* On-call requirement of 1 call per week and 1 call weekend every 3-4 weeks with a 30-minute response time
* Scrub, circulate, and monitor peripheral/vascular cases, right and left heart catheterizations
* May scrub devices and work in EP cases
* No floating to other units or departments
* 8 fluoroscopy rooms and 1 minimally invasive room without fluoroscopy
* Orientation focused on monitoring in XIM and being able to scrub and circulate effectively
* Charting systems include XIM (division of Witt), Philips charting, EPIC, Pyxis, Xcelera, Siemens, and Philips fluoroscopy systems
* Scrubs provided in Ceil Blue
* All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
* 2-3 years of experience required
* RCIS or RCES preferred
* Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
* BSN not required

Facility:

This is a Level 1 Trauma acute care facility offering comprehensive cardiac and vascular services. The department features 8 fluoroscopy rooms and 1 minimally invasive room, supporting a wide range of procedures including peripheral/vascular cases, right and left heart catheterizations, device procedures, and electrophysiology cases. The facility utilizes advanced technology and charting systems to ensure high-quality patient care.
