Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3622.60

Opportunity:

RN - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

* Rapid response assignment for 6 weeks with 48 hours required per week
* Day shift staffing includes 2 IR RNs and 2 IR Techs
* Night shift and weekend coverage is on-call only
* On-call hours run 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weeknights and 24 hours on weekends, between 7 to 9 shifts per month
* No time off requests or special scheduling accommodations
* Patient ratio is 1:1
* Work with Siemens Single Plane C-arm equipment
* EMR system: Meditech experience preferred
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care Interventional Radiology RN experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be included in submission packet
* Typical procedures include para/thoracentesis, LVO, FNA, midline, PICC line, kyphoplasty, and PE thrombectomy
* Perform vascular access, conscious sedation, and critical care procedures
* Good vascular access skills preferred
* PICC line or midline experience preferred
* Positive attitude, critical thinking, strong patient care skills, and ability to work as a team player required

Facility:

This facility is a 150-bed interventional radiology unit located on the first floor of the main building. The department works very closely with imaging departments and utilizes modern equipment including the Siemens Single Plane C-arm.
