Job Details:

* Block schedule required
* Every other weekend required with 3 weekend shifts per contract
* On-call required when low census
* Position will float between units
* Patient ratios of 1:1-2 for Labor and 1:3-4 for Postpartum couplets
* NICU or LDRP experience required with at least 1 year of experience
* 48-hour shifts not approved
* Scrub color: Any color
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* No parking fee
* Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
* Must have postpartum and labor experience
* Provide care across labor, postpartum, antepartum, and nursery settings
* Unit includes a Level 2 NICU
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, and adults
* Daily census of approximately 10 patients across 20 beds
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy

This facility is a Short Term Acute Care organization and a Level III Trauma Center. The unit operates as an LDRP with an on-site Level 2 NICU, providing comprehensive care across labor, postpartum, antepartum, and nursery settings. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and offers robust interdisciplinary support services to ensure high-quality patient care.
