Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* Minimum staffing of 3 RTs on night shift
* Patient ratios average 30-40 points per shift
* Work across multiple units including ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and Med/Surg
* Administer respiratory treatments, ventilator set up, assist with intubation, and perform ABGs
* Provide patient and staff education and all RT therapies
* Operate Hamilton G5 equipment
* Use Meditech EMR system (prior experience preferred)
* Autonomy required in role
* Flexible scheduling available
* Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, CRT or NBRC
* PICU and NICU experience preferred
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Team-player and collaborative personality a strong fit for this role

Facility:

This is a 240-bed acute care facility with a team of 15 respiratory therapy staff. The facility operates with a minimum staffing of 3 RTs per shift and utilizes Hamilton G5 equipment along with Meditech EMR. Respiratory therapy plays a key role in the NICU and ICU departments, particularly in therapy delivery and ventilator liberation, offering a dynamic and autonomous work environment with flexible scheduling options.
