Opportunity:

RN - High Risk OB & OB/GYN

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
* 40 hours per week available
* 13-week contract accepted
* Scheduling based on clinic needs
* No call, float, or weekend requirements
* Average daily census of 14 patients with approximately 28 visits per day
* Patients include adolescents and adults with high risk pregnancies
* Special procedures include IVF, GDM, and twins
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Labor & Delivery skills required
* High Risk OB and OB/GYN specialty skills required
* Assessment skills required: height/weight, interpretation of laboratory results, obtaining vital signs, patient health questionnaire/history/allergies, and pulse oximetry
* Cardiovascular skills required: cardiac arrest/CPR
* Office duties required: pharmacy calls/patient refill requests and telephone triage
* Professional knowledge required: biohazard waste disposal, follow-up phone calls, medication refills, and patient teaching
* Epic charting system experience required
* BLS certification required
* RNs must bring their own stethoscope
* Black scrubs required - not provided by facility
* 32 hours of clinic orientation provided

This outpatient clinic specializes in high-risk obstetrics and gynecology, providing comprehensive care for complex maternal health conditions. The facility manages a busy patient volume with a focus on high-risk pregnancies, offering specialized services including IVF and gestational diabetes management. The clinic operates on a structured day schedule and utilizes Epic as its primary charting system to support coordinated, high-quality patient care.
