Opportunity:

RD/RDN - Dietitian

Job Details:

* Self-scheduling with every other weekend requirement
* No call required
* Float within facility and scope of practice as needed
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first time travelers accepted
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Patient ratio of 15 patients per day
* Daily census of 139 with 139 beds
* 24 orientation hours required
* Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
* If one major holiday falls during assignment period, traveler is expected to work it; if two major holidays fall during assignment period, traveler is expected to work both; if three major holidays fall during assignment period, traveler is expected to work two
* Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
* Required certifications: BLS, RD/RDN
* Required charting system experience: Epic
* Community hospital experience preferred
* LTAC experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Required skills include: Adult Outpatient/Clinic, Calorie Counts, Develop Plan of Treatment, Enteral Nutrition (tube feedings), Food-Drug Interactions, Intake and Output, Nutrition Assessments/Reassessments, Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)

The facility offers a collaborative interdisciplinary environment and supports dietitian professionals in delivering comprehensive nutritional care.
