Open Position: RN - PCU Stepdown

Opportunity:

RN ICU/StepDown

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 13-week assignment
* Rotating weekend schedule required
* On-call requirements apply
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Minimum 2+ years of hospital experience required
* Minimum 2+ years of ICU/Stepdown specialty experience required
* Experience with Telemetry, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred
* MEDITECH documentation system experience preferred
* Floating to other units as needed
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Active Texas RN license required - temporary licenses will not be accepted
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs required
* Nail policy: Clean and healthy nails only - no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nails permitted
* Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer
* Body art must be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings

The organization utilizes the MEDITECH documentation system and maintains high standards for patient care, with structured floating policies and a professional dress code to ensure a consistent and quality care environment for patients.
