Opportunity:

RN - Medsurg

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Every other holiday and every other weekend required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Blended unit covering Medical-Surgical, Swing Bed Program, and PCU level of care patients
* Patient ratios are 1:5 for Medical-Surgical, 1:5-6 for Swing Bed, and 1:3-4 for PCU depending on patient acuity and drip status
* Assignments are balanced based on nursing workload and patient level of care
* Nurses with a Medical-Surgical background only are welcome, as supervisors manage assignments accordingly
* Work alongside a highly engaged team that participates in and leads several unit committees
