Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Weekend shifts required
* On-call required up to 3 days per month
* Floating required within department
* Travel experience required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
* Local candidates not accepted
* Must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and able to multitask efficiently
* Willingness to work hard and be flexible when needed
* NICU and PICU experience preferred
* Perform Level I trauma scans, routine outpatient scans including coronary, WATCHMAN, and TAVR scans, and routine inpatient scans including angiographies of head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and upper extremity
* Serve patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 60-80 patients across 3 CT rooms
* Charting system: Cerner (experience required)

* Required certifications: ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), BLS (American Heart Association),MRTBE (AZ license), Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

Facility:

This short-term acute care teaching facility is a Level I Trauma Center with 268 staffed beds, offering a high-acuity environment with a broad range of complex imaging and procedural needs. The facility supports interdisciplinary care across multiple patient populations and maintains high standards for quality and patient safety, including medication administration protocols. The imaging department operates with modern GE equipment and utilizes Cerner for charting.
