Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1919.92

Job Details:

* 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
* Every other weekend required
* Holiday rotation required
* No on-call requirements
* Must be able to float to all areas of the hospital, including labor and delivery
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* 2 years of experience required; travel experience required
* Recent critical care experience required
* RRT only - CRT not accepted
* South Carolina RCP license must be in hand at time of start
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT) - all must be in hand at time of start
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
* Free parking available
* Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Skills include adult critical care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), mechanical ventilation weaning, intubation assist, arterial blood gas interpretation, tracheostomy care and management, nitric oxide, bronchoscopy, and pediatric critical care among others
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and radiology
* Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
* Community hospital experience required

This facility is a large hospital with 396 total staffed beds offering comprehensive inpatient and specialty care services. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more. The hospital serves a diverse patient population spanning all age groups from neonates to geriatrics and maintains a well-equipped environment to support a wide range of respiratory and critical care needs.
