Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist - Outpatient/Acute Care/LTC

Job Details:

* Variable day shift schedule, 5x8 hours per day
* 13-week assignment length
* Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period
* Traveler may be called off for 1 eight-hour shift per 2-week period
* No weekend shifts required
* No call requirements
* Will float within scope to cover Outpatient, Acute Care, and Long Term Care/swing bed
* Block schedule can be accommodated
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Must reside at least 50 miles from facility
* Required certifications: BLS, NBCOT, Alaska state license
* Charting system experience required; facility uses Epic
* Scrub color: any
* Parking is free
* Facility provides housing during assignment in typically 1-bedroom apartments; pets are not allowed
* Required skills include: Acute Care, Activities of Daily Living, Biofeedback, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Edema Massage, Electrical Stimulation, Feeding Techniques, TENS, Ultrasound, Arthritis Program, Hand Injury, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Soft Tissue Injuries, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Above and Below Knee Prosthetics, Dynamic Splints, Functional Splints, Orthoplast, Serial/Inhibitory Splints, Static Splints, and Upper Extremity Prosthetics

The facility provides a range of care settings including outpatient services, acute care, and long-term care/swing bed coverage.
