Open Position: LPN - LPN

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1919.20

Opportunity:

LTC LPN - 8hr/12hr Day/PM Variable

Job Details:

* Variable 8-hour and 12-hour Day/PM shifts (must be flexible)
* 13-week contract length
* Guaranteed 36-40 hours per week (minimum of 36, up to 40 hours)
* Billing period runs Monday through Sunday
* Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
* Must be willing to float to other units as needed
* No on-call or callback requirements
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
* Minimum 2+ years of LPN experience in LTC/SNF setting required
* Active MN LPN License required
* AHA BLS certification required
* Matrix charting experience preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Professional scrub colors required
* Care for residents in a mixed occupancy setting including those requiring total assistance, short-term rehab, and end-of-life care
* Work with residents requiring 2-person assist for transfers including Hoyer and EZ Stand
* Must enjoy working with the elderly and be able to work collaboratively with co-workers
* Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change, work independently, and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Strong attendance and reliability are critical requirements for this position
