Open Position: OT - Therapy Rehab

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2647.40

Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Rehab and Acute Rehab

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
* Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
* Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by ordering physicians
* Regularly update treatment plans and home exercise programs
* Independently manage a full caseload
* Must be knowledgeable about performing re-evaluations based on insurance authorization requirements
* Work Hawaii State and Federal holidays as necessary based on hospital operations
* Utilize EMR systems including Net Health Therapy and Meditech
* Must have minimum 2 years work experience in outpatient and acute care settings working with adults
* BLS certification from American Red Cross required
* Active Hawaii state license required by start of assignment
* Must arrive Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday
