Open Position: RAD Tech - Cath Lab

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

* Daily caseload of 8-12 patients
* Perform coronary diagnostic and intervention procedures, peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures, and permanent pacemaker insertions
* Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
* 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* No weekend requirement
* No floating required
* Call required - up to 4 days per week depending on need
* Up to 2 weekends in a 6-week schedule
* 30 hours of orientation
* Guaranteed hours: facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Required certifications: ARRT, Fluoro Permit, BLS, ACLS (RCIS not accepted; RCIS acceptable with 5+ years of experience)
* Pending Fluoro Permit candidates will be considered if permit application has already been submitted at time of submission
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Scrubs provided for Cath Lab
* Free parking provided
* Block schedule will be considered
* Local candidates accepted
* Self-scheduling
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal

This acute care hospital features 150 staffed beds and has been rated as one of America's 100 Best Hospitals for Coronary Intervention. The facility has received recognition from the American Heart Association and offers a robust interdisciplinary support team including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, rapid response teams, and more. The facility operates two Cath Lab rooms and utilizes Epic for charting.
