Open Position: RN - Cath Lab

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2803.80

Opportunity:

Cath Lab RN

Job Details:

* 4x10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Daily caseload of 8-10 cases per tech
* On-call is required with a 30-minute response time
* Call weekend starts Friday at 7:00 PM and runs through Monday at 7:00 AM, rotating as first and backup call
* Weekend requirement is call only
* Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; must be competent in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention including Structural
* Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required; first-time Cath Lab travelers are not accepted
* Travel experience required
* Active WV or Compact license required to start; pending license accepted for submission
* Must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility; candidates between 75-100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis
* Responsibilities include circulating in the lab, moderate sedation, patient assessment, medication administration, and pre and post-op care
* May float within scope to meet facility needs but will more than likely remain in the Cath Lab
* Charting system: Cerner
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available for travelers
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (American Heart Association)
* Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years required
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
