RN - OR

Job Details:

* Work 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Call required as needed
* 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days per month required for call, with potential for more based on departmental need
* May float to other facilities as needed
* Heavy focus on Orthopedic, Urology, Spine, and Robotic procedures
* Must be able to circulate in the operating room
* Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
* Maintain complete and accurate medical records
* Required certifications: Current Illinois Registered Nurse License, CPR/BLS, ACLS
