RN - Cardiac Step Down

Job Details:

* Work on a 15-bed cardiac step down unit (E3MCSC - 3 Heart) located on the 3rd floor of the Heart Tower
* Patient ratios of 3-4:1 RN
* Day shift staffing includes a free charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs
* Night shift staffing includes a free charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 1-0 PCTs
* Perform post EP lab and post cath lab procedures
* Work with sheaths, telemetry, and gtts equipment
* Utilize Cerner EMR system
* 4 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule
* No on-call responsibilities
* Float to all Med Surg and all step down units as needed
* Navy blue scrubs required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Charge experience preferred
