RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Weekend schedule required - shifts must be either Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday/Saturday schedules will not be considered)
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS - all must be active and in hand at time of submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation - acceptable scores required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required - references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
