Job Details:

* Day shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* Circulator role with scrub experience preferred
* Minimum of 18 months permanent OR experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA ACLS and BLS must be active and in hand at time of submission
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required; references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; must achieve an acceptable score within 2 attempts
* Pre-start modules required averaging 6 to 15 hours depending on specialty
