Job Details:

* Day shift position in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab
* 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
* Overnight, weekend, and holiday call required
* 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers welcome
* EP (Electrophysiology) experience is a plus
* Charting system experience required; Epic is the charting system used
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS must be in hand at time of submission
* Treats patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 25-30 cases per day across 8 rooms
* May be required to float to like units within scope of practice based on facility needs
* Key skills include diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology lab procedures, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), TAVR, IABP placement/removal, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, pacemaker insertion, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and vascular closure systems

Facility:

This facility operates a high-volume cardiac catheterization lab handling 25-30 cases per day across 8 procedure rooms. The unit supports a wide range of advanced cardiac and interventional procedures, including electrophysiology, hybrid OR cases, and complex vascular interventions. The facility provides interdisciplinary support and maintains a strong focus on patient safety and quality care across all age groups.
